Reproduction Policy

Washington Learning Systems allows customers to make up to five copies of Language is the Key (DVDs and print)  and/or the Mediated Learning Curriculum (text CD) to share across program sites.  For larger distribution (e.g. county-wide, state-wide, city-wide, etc.) please contact us at info@walearning.com to arrange a licensing agreement. To make our reproduction policy possible we had to keep costs very low. We use minimal, environmentally responsible packaging, and we advertise almost exclusively through our web site.

No right, title or interest in any content from Language is the Key or the Mediated Learning Curriculum is transferred to you as a result of any reproduction or copying. You may not publish, transmit, distribute, broadcast, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the contents of Language is the Key or the Mediated Learning Curriculum without written consent from Washington Learning Systems. Preview Policy

Many of our video programs are available for preview on our Web site. However, if you require a copy to preview with your team, please contact us to arrange for a preview copy.

Return Policy

You may return programs within 30 days, in their original condition, for a full refund of the product cost, minus the cost of shipping and handling.

Product Information

Products are available online through the Site. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange according to the applicable return policy.

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability.
